Kind Consultancy was set-up by Lynsey Moore and Mathew Kind in 2012, starting with just the two of them working together in a small office in the centre of Birmingham. Utilising their first-hand experience gained from years of work in Financial Services and Banking, they built out the team, graduated to larger offices and expanded our scope internationally.
Our core values and ethos has always stayed the same throughout this journey: utilising our understanding of the industry to build a thorough big-picture view of every role we support on, looking at how it fits into an organisation’s Governance, Risk and Compliance strategy and wider business plans, and delivering an exceptional, tailored service to our clients and candidates.
