Understanding the Role

Kind Consultancy are a true specialist Financial Services recruitment firm. We work differently to your large scale corporate recruiter , and offer a unique tailored  service. We take the time to build up a deep understanding of each individual  role, how it fits into the wider organisation, what the company culture is like and how the employer sees this position developing long term. This allows us to go far beyond simple keyword matching, to make sure all candidates we introduce are a perfect fit for now and for the future

Identifying Candidates

We use a mix of methodologies to identify the very best Financial Services talent – whilst we work with active candidates who are seeking new roles, most of our candidates are passive candidates who are at the top of their game working in similar positions, we have an extensive network of industry-leading specialists. We make a confidential approach, conducting a deep-dive into their experiences, values and motivations.

Shortlisting

We make sure to only select candidates who are fully aligned with the needs of our clients specific role, who share their values, and the long term business plan for the position. The number of candidates will vary depending on the nature of the role, but we always aim to submit at least 3 / 4 candidates we believe can excel in the job.

Interview to Offer

We carefully support our candidates through the interview stage, conducting detailed interview prep and obtaining post-interview feedback from both the candidate and the client. We manage the process closely, ensuring communication remains open and frequent during the deliberation process, right through to an offer being made and accepted.

Post-Placement

As part of our consultative approach, we continue to keep in touch with the client and our candidate after they have begun their role and throughout the probation period, ensuring a smooth transition and ready to step-in if we can help with any issues that arise.
