What does a Collections Coach do?
- Overall responsibility for the on-going development and training of Collections staff;
- Supporting in the delivery of training sessions as and when required;
- Ensuring Collections staff understand the importance of Treating Customers Fairly and are consistently reaching Fair Outcomes;
- Supporting new Collections starters in the on-boarding process;
- Assisting in one on one and group-based coaching alongside Collections Managers and Collections Team Leaders;
- Providing ongoing support to Collections staff, ensuring all key information is being retained and applied consistently.
