RPO - Managed Campaign
RPO – Managed Campaigns are volume campaigns where you require perm or interim resource but need to scale up within a specific timescale. We can provide resource from 1 – 100 interims from a two week to twelve month period on a managed campaign. We work with you to understand your campaign and partner alongside your current business processes to mirror those processes and act as an outsourced recruitment partner. Managed campaigns can work for organisations of all sizes, particularly where a new regulation is coming in to force and you need to respond before a set deadline.
