Mortgage Advisor

Kind Consultancy are working with a well-known Financial Services brand which is currently seeking a Mortgage Advisor to join them on a self-employed basis. The role will have Whole-of-Market access and comes with full marketing support including social media, excellent splits, business development support and the ad-hoc provision of leads.

Key responsibilities of the Mortgage Advisor role include:

  • Carrying out advised mortgage interviews
  • Building customer loyalty and trust
  • Introducing customers to other products provided by the organisation
  • Provide outstanding customer service to both new and pre-existing customers
  • Identifying protection needs in relation to both mortgages, and customers’ personal situations

Our ideal candidate for the Employed Mortgage Advisor position:

  • already holds full CeMAP qualification
  • has a working knowledge of the current mortgage and home insurance markets
  • is a very confident communicator with a track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • has their own pre-existing network
  • is able to work on their own initiative while contributing to the goals and aims of a team

As part of our ongoing success and growth, we’re now looking for a Recruitment Consultant, ideally, one who has previous experience working on Financial or Professional Services roles, to join us in a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days per-week in our Lichfield office. Previous Financial Services exposure is not essential, what we’re looking for is 12 months of Recruitment experience and the professionalism and communication skills needed to maintain the above-and-beyond customer service and client care that Kind Consultancy is known for. This is an active interim desk with regular roles coming in from Financial Services and Banking clients and you will be expected to develop account management experience and the ability to bring on new clients using strong business development skills.
