As part of our ongoing success and growth, we’re now looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant, to join us in a permanent, full-time role with a hybrid work model requiring 3 days per-week in our Lichfield office.

We’re looking for candidates who have 3 or more years of experience in a 360 recruitment role, ideally working on Financial Services or Professional Services positions, and a track record of meeting and exceeding targets. To succeed candidates will also need to demonstrate a high level of professionalism and strong communication skills needed to maintain the above-and-beyond customer service and client care that Kind Consultancy is known for. This is an active interim desk with regular roles coming in from Financial Services and Banking clients and you will be expected to have previous account management experience and the ability to bring on new clients using strong business development skills.
