Kind Consultancy is working with a national Mortgage and Protection network which is currently seeking a Mortgage & Equity Release Assessor to join them in a full time, permanent role with a hybrid work model based in their offices in the Birmingham area, paying up to £26,500.

As part of the Quality team, the Mortgage & Equity Release Assessor will:

• Undertaking case file reviews, ensuring  that they meet all relevant company standards
• Liaising with advisers on a daily basis, offering help and assistance with the processes and use of the back-office systems
• Communicating with the compliance team regarding any issues or concerns
• Chasing up any outstanding compliance requirements
• Identifying any risks to the company or adviser on the advice provided

Our ideal candidate for the Mortgage & Equity Release Assessor opportunity:

• Must hold CeMAP (or FPC 1,2) and ER1 (or CeRER) qualifications
• Has strong knowledge of Private Medical Insurance, General Insurance and Lending
• Has a background of work within the Financial Services industry
• Demonstrates strong IT skills including use of databases
• Has very well developed communication and organisational skills
• Demonstrates consistently excellent attion to detail
• Having good knowledge of Bridging, Commercials, Buy to Lets and Residential mortgages would be desirable
