With 25 years’ experience in the financial services and general insurance industry, Selena Tye joins Kind Consultancy as the Head of Business Development, with a focus on growing the interim resource business in this exciting niche market space. Selena has held a number of senior roles, ranging from underwriting to sales and relationship management. She brings to Kind, a wealth of experience, in meeting client needs across all spectrums, from SME’s to global corporate clients. Selena is particularly experienced in developing market-leading solutions, delivered at c-suite level.
