Kind Consultancy: Our Success in the First Half of 2015
We’re halfway through the year here at Kind Consultancy and it’s a great time to take stock of what we’ve done so far, and survey the road ahead. As a result of a busy market place and despite it being a Candidate Driven arena within Banking & Financial Services, Kind Consultancy is 100% on plan year to date and is run rating to over-achieve on our forecast for this year.
Having had our strongest ever H1, with revenue at an all time high, our team has greatly expanded with an additional five new specialists focussing on Invoice Finance, Intermediaries, Retail Banking, Compliance and Risk verticals. Our Team can now cover ‘Front Middle and Back’ operationally from specialist Risk & Compliance Roles to Front End Intermediary roles.
With so much activity and change in the banking and finance worlds our specialist approach is needed now more than ever. Our track record speaks for itself as we are constantly being recommended at Board Level and this carries weight within the Executive Search market place. Being a Birmingham-based organisation we are well positioned to cover the UK nationally and challenging London-based firms shows the power of the Kind brand.
