Kind Consultancy is looking for a Recruitment Administrator to join us on a Part-Time basis, in a permanent role featuring a hybrid model with 3 days of work per week, some of which will be in-office in Lichfield.

The Recruitment Administrator will support the Recruitment team with administrative needs, with key responsibilities including:

  • Reformatting candidate CVs
  • Writing and posting job adverts
  • Screening candidates and contractors – verifying documentation and identification, acquiring and filing references
  • Responding to telephone queries from candidates and clients – updating candidates where possible, directing calls appropriately and taking messages when necessary
  • Acting as the “go-to” person for all payroll queries from contractors, liaising with payroll providers and umbrella companies to resolve issues
  • Running reports, collating information from multiple platforms
  • Assisting in the creation of presentations, pitches and bids
  • Supporting recruiters in candidate submissions, managing client portal processes
  • Maintaining the internal database of candidates, logging and updating details
  • Supporting new starters, ensuring candidates have the necessary information and equipment before their first days
  • Drafting contracts, obtaining signatures and filing completed paperwork
  • Managing inbound applications from the company website and job boards, cascading submissions to the relevant consultants

We’re looking to talk to candidates who :

  • Have previous experience of Recruitment Administration, including exposure to Payroll and Referencing (Essential)
  • Hold GCSE English and Maths qualifications at a C/4 or above
  • Are highly IT literate and a very confident advanced user of Word and Excel (including strong knowledge of pivot tables)
  • Have consistently excellent attention to detail and a professional telephone manner
