Kind Consultancy is working with a large retail bank which is currently seeking Mortgage Customer Contact Agents to join their Newcastle-Upon-Tyne offices on an initial seven-month contract paying circa £14 per hour / £105 per day.
The Mortgage Customer Contact Agent role will focus on providing customer service via telephone and web chat to assist new and prospective customers with their Mortgage applications process, providing advice in-line with the organisation’s credit lending policies. You will get to know the customer, ensure they feel heard and answer their questions to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
We’re looking for candidates who have previous telephone-based customer service experience, with fantastic listening skills and a passion for going above-and-beyond to make sure the customer has a positive journey.
