Kind Consultancy is working with a large Retail Financial Services business that is now seeking an HR Reward Analyst to join their Glasgow offices on an initial six-month contract basis paying £135 per day.
The HR Reward Analyst will provide analytical support for aspects of the business’s pay and benefits framework, including contributing to organisational design activity with job evaluation and salary benchmarking (WTW Global Grading and/or Hay methodology), supporting projects including salary review, gender pay reporting and year-end reporting.
For the HR Reward Analyst contract, we’re looking for candidates who:
- Have experience in a Reward role that has involved Willis Towers Watson and/or Hay Group job evaluation
- Has experience of Project work within a fast-paced changing environment
- Is a strong communicator, able to translate insights for a range of stakeholders
- Has very strong Excel skills and good knowledge of Financial Services
