Kind Consultancy is working with a national Financial Services network which is now seeking an Equity Release Supervision & Development Manager for a home-based role with occasional travel to their West Midlands offices.
The responsibilities of the Equity Release Supervision & Development Manager will include:
- Embedding and enforcing the Training, Competence and Supervision programmes
- Holding training and development meetings
- Conducting file assessments, Key Performance Indicator reviews and role plays
- Identifying potential areas for improvement and communicating reports/action plans
- Supervising member firms’ supervisors
Our ideal candidate for the Equity Release Supervision & Development Manager role:
- Has 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the Financial Services sector
- Has very good knowledge and understanding of Equity Release
- Holds full CeMAP or MAQ qualification, along with ER1 or CERER (holding FPC 1, 2 and 3 and IF7 or equivalent would be highly desirable and advantageous)
- Has previous experiencing of coaching staff and delivering training
- Has good people management skills including a proven ability to motivate, mentor and lead staff
- Is an excellent communicator in writing and speech
- Is able to analyse information and extract useful details to make informed decisions
- Is IT literate and a confident user of Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
