Kind Consultancy is working with a Motor Finance business which is currently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join them in a permanent role paying £19,000 – £23,000 dependent on experience. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work model requiring 2-3 days per week in their West Midlands office, after an initial fully office-based training period.

The Customer Service Advisor will work with car dealerships and suppliers, with key responsibilities including:

  • Acting as the first point of contact for dealership, account management and auction queries
  • Handling daily operations including vehicle funding management, inbox management, vehicle funding status, and dealer queries and reporting.
  • Performing transactional tasks within the Salesforce platform, delegated by the credit and risk teams and will maintain the integrity of data within the system
  • Performing regular reviews and providing dealer feedback and analysis to the Risk Account Managers
  • Onboarding new customers

For the Customer Service Advisor role, we’re looking for candidates who:

  • Have Customer Service experience – specifically B2B Customer Service experience would be highly desirable
  • Have strong communication skills and a professional manner
  • Are performance focussed, with a pro-active approach
  • Are fast learners, able to quickly adapt to new systems
  • Holding some knowledge of Cars and Motor Finance would be beneficial
