Kind Consultancy is working with a consumer credit organisation which is now seeking a Compliance Administrator to join their offices in the Leicester/Northamptonshire area in a full time, permanent position paying £20,000 – £25,000 dependent on experience.

The Compliance Administrator reports to the Compliance Officer providing generalist administrative support to the wider Compliance team on day-to-day operations and projects, with key responsibilities including:

  • Training related administration, including new starter set up, removal of leavers, monthly reporting, monitoring and chasing completion of outstanding training modules, and the set-up of monthly Compliance Inductions
  • Checking necessary training has been completed prior to probation sign-off in conjunction with the HR Administrator
  • Monitoring shared inboxes, assigning tasks and low-level approval
  • Providing data protection support, consolidating documents and other information for Subject Access Requests
  • Responding to erasure requests as directed
  • Taking and subsequently distributing meeting minutes, managing follow up actions including project meetings
  • Collating information for regulatory returns, and other reporting as directed by the Compliance Officer and Head of Compliance
  • Ongoing Document Control management, ensuring annual reviews are carried out and updated policy documents are uploaded for signature
  • Manage the business’s Gift & Hospitality log

Our ideal candidate for the Compliance Administrator opportunity:

  • Is a highly skilled administrator, with experience in managing multiple simultaneous admin tasks
  • Is IT literate, with very strong Excel and Word skills – being a confident user of Visio would be highly advantageous
  • Is proactive and methodical, with a structured approach to organising their workload
  • Is a flexible problem solver, able to quickly re-prioritise based on changing business needs
  • Is a team-player who works co-operatively
  • Having previous Financial Services experience and Regulatory knowledge would be advantageous but is not essential
