Building Understanding

The first step to delivering our tailored Financial Services staffing solution for permanent roles, is to build an in-depth understanding of the vacancy. Selecting Candidates

We use a mixed methodology approach on every single search, never relying on a single source of candidates. We frequently draw candidates from our extensive pre-existing network of specialist Risk, Compliance and Financial Crime talent as well as mapping out the market to identify top tier passive candidates before making a confidential headhunting approach

Shortlisting

Kind Consultancy will never put forward semi-relevant candidates based on simplistic keyword matching. We pre-interview all potential candidates, and make sure every professional that makes it onto our shortlists is exceptionally able to fulfil the responsibilities of the position and is absolutely aligned with the client’s values, company culture, future plans and current wider business goals.

The Interview Process

At every stage of our work on a permanent executive search project, we build an offering to fit each client’s specific needs – including managing the interview process. Some clients like to handle diary checking and meeting booking themselves, others prefer that we take care of it – either way, we stay in regular contact with both candidates and hiring mangers, conducting pre-interview preparation and gathering post-interview responses. We ensure a continual flow of information and updates during the decision making process, up until an offer is made and accepted – and beyond.

Continual Care

Post-placement, we continue to have frequent check-ins with the newly placed candidate and their hiring manager, making sure their onboarding and first weeks run smoothly, being on hand to assist with any issues that arise during the following weeks and months.
