When we are retained for an executive search project, your dedicated Kind Consultancy team map out and agree timelines with the client. Our director and co-founder Lynsey Moore will always have oversight of the assignment, bringing over 15 years of specialist staffing experience to the table. Your team will make the retained executive search project their first priority, from inception through to our client offering and onboarding a person that they’re fully satisfied with.

We always tailor our approach for each individual client and their unique projects. We begin by taking the time to understand the finer detail of the role and expectations, how the role will fit into the company’s future plans, the company culture, the personality fit for the team they will be part of, and more. We will then design a search plan using a mix of methodologies that we believe will get the best possible candidates for you.

Multi-source Search and Pre-Screen

Kind Consultancy use multiple methods for all of our search projects to ensure we are uncovering the very best possible talent for your opportunity. Using our advanced methods that enable us to reach out to key specialists within the market confidentially to discuss our client’s opportunity and carry out a deep-dive fact-find exercise with each potential candidate to ensure that not only is their skillset aligned but also their key motivations and values. This enables us to put together a strong shortlist of individuals that meet the criteria of our client.

Interview to Offer

As with every other aspect of our work, we will develop a meticulous plan with each of our clients for managing the interview process through to offer stage. With timelines agreed up front Kind Consultancy can schedule and organize interviews and deliver candidate offers. Whichever elements of this stage a client wants to handle themselves, Kind will maintain frequent and open communication between all parties to ensure a smooth process – extending to helping to package the final offer in an effective manner to ensure your opportunity is presented to the candidate in the correct way.

We are always invested in making sure our candidates and clients have a frictionless onboarding period, and we conduct regular check ins throughout probation periods or contract cycles to ensure everything is going to plan.
