For the first 12 years, Kind operated primarily within the UK – now, in response to rising demand for recruiters with a real understanding of Financial Services compliance work, we’re expanding into the US, with an initial focus on New York and North Carolina.
Working with our Managing Director, Co-Founder and US Lead, Lynsey Moore, we create a unique approach for each client. Using mixed methodology searches, making tactful headhunting outreaches to passive candidates working at competitors, selecting the very best active candidates on the market – we put all of these together to make sure we deliver only the specialist professionals we feel are the absolute best options for your current role, and for the future of your business.
