Kind Consultancy is an executive search and staffing firm with a dedicated focus on Risk, Compliance and Financial Crimes roles within Financial Services in the United States.
Co-Founded by Lynsey Moore and Mathew Kind in 2012, the senior management team both come from a Banking and Financial Services background, giving them invaluable first-hand knowledge of the industry in which we recruit. We pride ourselves on building an in-depth understanding of every role we work, going beyond the job description to how the position fits into the wider business and future plans.
The Kind Consultancy US operation is led by Lynsey Moore, who now has over a decade of success in specialist Financial Services staffing, in which time she’s run executive search and headhunting projects for some of the world’s biggest international banks, innovative new start-ups in Fintech, and organizations of all sizes in between.
